Overview

Tab Saver (“the Extension”) respects your privacy. This page explains what data we handle, how we use it, and your choices.

What We Collect

• Local App Data: Your saved sessions (lists of tab URLs and names) and settings. Stored locally via Chrome’s chrome.storage on your device.

No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Permissions We Use

• storage: Save your settings and sessions so they persist across browser restarts.
• tabs: Read the URLs of your open tabs to let you save them as a named session and restore them later.

How We Use Your Data

• Provide core functionality (save/restore sessions, remember preferences).

Data Storage & Retention

• Local Storage: Data is stored on your device and remains until you remove the Extension or clear the data.

Your Choices

• Local-only Use: Use Tab Saver without enabling cloud features.
• Delete Data: Clear sessions from the Extension UI or via your browser’s site data settings.

Children’s Privacy

The Extension is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above; significant changes may be announced in the Extension or on this page.
